Bill Payer is a FREE service that gives you more time to do what you really want to do. You can electronically pay your bills with no fees or surcharges and even schedule reminders or automatic payments.

Pay People


Use our Pay People feature, powered by Popmoney, to quickly and securely send or receive money, anytime, from anywhere. It makes it easy to send money to your child away at college or pay back a friend.

And because Pay People is part of Online Bill Payer, sending money has never been more secure or convenient.

It's Easy to Get Started

  1. Login to Private PC
  2. Open Bill Payer
  3. Enter the person's e-mail address or mobile phone number and the amount to pay

It's that simple!

If you are not already enrolled in Bill Payer, it is easy and free! Just select Bill Payer > Enrollment Options within Private PC.

Note: This service incurs a nominal fee of $.50 per transfer (paid by sender). The Credit Union has contracted to offer Popmoney™ as a service through our Online BillPay for our members at a discounted cost per transfer. 121 FCU accounts must use Popmoney through Private PC and BillPayer, not through Popmoney 's external website or app.

Login to Private PC in the orange box labeled “Online Banking Login” in the top of the right column.

Frequently Asked Questions about Private PC

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) & PassMark™

MFA and PassMark add additional layers of security to your account access. You will need to do this only once on each computer you use.

When you enroll, you will be asked to select a unique picture and caption. The next time you log in you should see the picture and the caption you wrote, indicating that you are on our legitimate Private PC Online Banking site.

Note: You may choose to delay enrolling five (5) times before the system will require you to enroll.

You will also select three (3) challenge questions only you know the answers to and register the PC(s) you will be using to access your account and you won't be asked your challenge questions each time. (Note: Do NOT register a PUBLIC COMPUTER.)

Note: If you have joint members on your account who also use Private PC, be sure to let them know what icon and caption you chose and the answers to the challenge questions.

We offer paperless eStatements for both regular accounts and credit cards, making it easier and more convenient to view activity on your accounts!

How to Enroll: All PC Banking members will be automatically enrolled in eStatements and be granted free PC Banking and Check Imaging. If one chooses to disenroll (elect to receive a paper statement) a fee of $2 per month will be imposed for paper statements, PC Banking and Check Imaging.

Available Formats: You can view your eStatement as text, image or PDF. PDF format requires that Adobe Reader or Acrobat must be installed. Download Adobe Reader for free here.

Note: You must have a valid email address associated with your account to use eStatements. Update your email address by selecting any category under “Your Preferences” and utilizing the “Change Email Address” box at right.

How It Works

Private Line works with the touch tones of your phone. Using the handy downloadable menu you can skip through the prompts easily.

Hint: To hear your checking balance (and available balance) just press 1 for checking from the main menu. Before entering any other prompts, the system will automatically give your balance.
